Arpit Behera 238ae8c453 feat(codex): use gpt-5.5 models (#41)
Map Codex high usage to gpt-5.5 high and lower-cost tiers to gpt-5.5 low. Harden frontmatter parsing so LF and CRLF checkouts generate equivalent adapter output.
