Every interactive prompt takes a var_<app>_<name> override and treats a
closed stdin like Enter (`|| true`), so an install keeps going after the
console that started it is gone. Values the script cannot do without end
with exit 64 and name the variable to set. Validation loops stop asking
when nobody can answer instead of spinning on an empty read.
* docker: take the lxcfs toggle, TCP socket and Compose choice from app variables
var_docker_lxcfs is exported for the core helper; var_docker_tcp_socket
(no/local/all) and var_docker_compose replace the prompts when set, so
the website generator can offer them. Alpine wrote daemon.json through
silent(), which captured the output and left the file empty.

New exit codes 250-254 registered in api.func and error_handler.func:
- 250: App download failed or version not determined
- 251: App file extraction failed (corrupt/incomplete archive)
- 252: App required file or resource not found
- 253: App data migration required — update aborted
- 254: App user declined prompt or input timed out
Existing codes reused where applicable:
- 10: privileged/Docker required (unifi-os-server)
- 64: invalid user input (postgresql, tomcat)
- 71: system error (pulse useradd)
- 150: service failed to start (docker, npmplus)
- 153: build failed (booklore)
- 233: app not installed (evcc, endurain, grafana, loki, itsm-ng)
- 236: hardware not detected (unifi-os-server /dev/net/tun)
- 238: OS not supported (frigate)

The update_script function now updates and upgrades the base system before updating Dockge. This ensures the system is up to date prior to pulling new Docker images.
