libvpl2 was missing from the Intel branches: _setup_intel_arc installed it on Debian but not Ubuntu, and _setup_intel_modern on neither. Anything that dlopens libvpl then fails at runtime -- reported against ErsatzTV on an N150, where QSV capability detection dies with "libvpl not found". That is fixed in community-scripts/core, and these scripts do not load it. They still source misc/build.func, so they get the old engine and none of its fixes. The 29 here are every script whose install script calls setup_hwaccel and that had not been migrated yet; frigate, jellyfin, ollama, openwebui and seanime already were. Each is the same one-line-to-three swap, and every function they and their install scripts use from misc/ also exists in core, so nothing else needed touching. Scripts without hardware acceleration are left alone -- the migration is worth doing on its own terms, but not as a drive-by in a fix for this.
