fix(marketing): let Carousel Growth Engine publish through any posting route (#1141)

The agent was built around one vendor's API, which it named 21 times; its
publishing and analytics steps only worked through that service. It now
describes the contract its two scripts must meet: post a photo carousel to
TikTok and Instagram, and report profile and per-post metrics. Two routes meet it:

- the official APIs: TikTok's Content Posting API (photo posts) and Instagram's
  content publishing API (carousel containers), with their documented limits
- a multi-platform publishing service, with Upload-Post kept as one example

The services list names all three. The manifest moves only for this agent.
