Add netgate 1537 config (#3351)

* added netgate 1537 config

* added device bays and part number

* added empty line at the end of yaml

* rename file to contain double '-' char

* change slug name to include double '-'

* use module bay instead of device bay and add supermicro aoc sgp i4 module

* remove quotes

* add position attribute

* subdevice role no longer needed

* rj45 should be interface port with mgmt only flag

* Update and rename 1537-pfsense-plus--security-gateway.yaml to 1537-Security-Gateway.yaml
