adding Hitron HT-EM4 Moca Adaptor

* Add manufacturer and model details for HT-EM4

corrected yaml

* Fix formatting and update device attributes in HT-EM4.yml

* corrected formating

* Clean up HT-EM4.yml by removing empty fields

Removed unused fields from the HT-EM4 device YAML configuration.

* updated power and comment

* Update manufacturer and model names in HT-EM4.yml

* Update model and slug for Hitron HT-EM4
