* Add Ubiquiti ECS-24-PoE Enterprise Campus Switch

- Add device template for Ubiquiti ECS-24-PoE (Enterprise Campus Switch 24-Port PoE)
- Include 8x 2.5G PoE+++ and 16x 10G PoE+++ RJ45 ports
- Include 2x 25G SFP28 uplink ports
- Add front and rear elevation images
- Features hot-swappable PSUs and fan modules
- Supports up to 2,250W total PoE output
