fix: address Copilot review round 4

- scripts/launchme.sh: fix double-dot in FW_DIR_NAME display (basename
  already includes the dot, e.g. ".claude")
- scripts/launchme.sh: replace undefined MCP_ANSWER with check on MCP_DST
  existence for summary banner
