Profilarr: pass the deno pin as the version (#18025)

Browse Source 
The update handed v2.7.5 to fetch_and_deploy_gh_release as the mode and 'latest' as the version, so every update stopped with 'Unknown mode: v2.7.5' (#18021). Same arguments as the install now.
