Skip automated core pull requests in the changelog

Browse Source 
Engine pull requests were only filtered by invalid/wontdo/wontfix/duplicate,
so every "Generate app headers" run from core landed in the changelog. They now
honour the same "automated pr" label as this repository's own bot PRs.
