fix(stirling-pdf): remove broken ExecStop using %n

ExecStop=/bin/kill -15 %n expands %n to the unit name, not a PID, so /bin/kill fails to parse it and logs a spurious status=1/FAILURE on every stop/restart. Type=simple already sends SIGTERM to the main PID and SuccessExitStatus=143 makes that a graceful stop, so the line is redundant and broken. Fixes #16807
