Add/asus pro ws x570 ace (#3263)

* Add `asus-pro-ws-x570-ace`

Modeled as a "child" with module-bays. If i'm understanding the concept right, a case (with a module-bay for a MB and PSU) would be the parent.

* fix yaml quote format
