The Arista DCS-7368 is a fully modular chassis and the X4 is the switchcard
(ASIC) installed. Instead of having two devices which both are not 100% correct
combine them into one DCS-7368 fully module chassis.
Reflect the port configuration and interface naming according to the real
hardware.
